Like a lot of you, I am new here and as always keen to make new friends. One thing I am always doing is confronting what rings untrue. I find it hard to publicly stand for something that just doesn't have the ring of authenticity. Sometimes the whole political game seems like a chess match where the real players are shrouded in mystery and keep to the shadows, while the noble and brave pawns are mercilessly slaughtered again and again. That scene from Harry Potter comes to mind.
